Once in Killarney we climbed aboard a bus for the famed Ring of Kerry. I was so looking forward to this tour because of its reputation, but also because my family comes from the region. Sometime after being picked up at train station and 45 minute ride to airport, weather changed. We waited at airport for well over an hour with hopes of flying over. Never happened. “Oh probably my favourite of all places and I have to go back some day. Abbey is beautiful and so much to do but time is extremely limited. I would suggest going on your own that way you can really appreciate this wonderful place. The food in the restaurant is not good buy make sure and buy the strawberry jam it is heavenly. The giftshop is the cheapest for a tourist destination.”

“Very interesting tour and lovely areas to visit!! The tour guide on the Ring of Kerry was absolutely fantastic. My only wish was to have been allowed more time to spend in each area as opposed to short stops. I do highly recommend the trip and staying in B and Bs. “This tour was unbelievable. As promised, Brendan, our rail tour guide was there with his yellow jacket on to identify himself as our guide at the train station. He gave us our itinerary and tickets and guided us to a car on the train. On the ride over, he sat with each of us in our group and gave us the rundown of what to expect in Belfast, as well as the Causeway tour. The only thing I will add is that you will definitely need some British Pounds in order to transact any business while in Northern Ireland. That information was a little incorrect.
